Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 2 cups Golden Oreos crushed
  • 4 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar granulated

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Strawberry extract
  • 2 cups Heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • ¼ cup Strawberry puree

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping

  • 1 cup Golden Oreos crushed
  • ½ cup Freeze dried strawberries crushed
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 cup Strawberries fresh, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Strawberry sauce

Instructions

  • Mix crushed Oreos, butter, sugar; press into pan; chill 30 mins.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, extracts; fold in whipped cream + puree; pour over crust.
  • Combine Oreos, freeze dried strawberries, butter; sprinkle over filling; top with berries + sauce.
  • Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight; slice cleanly before serving.
