Ingredients

For Homemade Pizza Rolls (12–15 rolls)

  • 12–15 egg roll wrappers or wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pizza sauce plus extra for dipping
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni or diced regular pepperoni
  • ¼ cup cooked Italian sausage crumbled, optional
  • 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash
  • water small bowl for sealing

For Frozen Pizza Rolls

  • 1 bag frozen pizza rolls any brand
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • Mix cheese, seasonings, and fillings in a bowl. Beat egg in separate bowl.
  • Add sauce, cheese, and toppings to wrappers. Fold and seal with water.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3–4 minutes.
  • Air fry homemade rolls 8–10 minutes or frozen rolls 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Cool for 2–3 minutes before serving. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
