Instructions
Wash, cut into sticks, salt, rest 10 min, pat dry.
Flour in first dish, eggs in second, breadcrumbs with cheese and seasonings in third.
Dip zucchini in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumb mix; press gently.
Preheat air fryer 400°F (200°C). Spray basket. Arrange fries in single layer. Cook 8–10 min, flip halfway, until golden.
