Instructions
Dice apples into ¼-inch pieces, coat with flour and cinnamon.
Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
Add dry ingredients to wet until just combined.
Gently fold in prepared apple mixture.
Drop rounded tablespoons onto parchment-lined sheets.
Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Rest on baking sheet 5 min, transfer to wire rack.
