Ingredients

  • 4 cups water For brewing the tea

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Optional for brightness
  • 1 cup ice cubes For serving

Instructions

  • Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, then add tea bags and steep for 5–7 minutes.
  • Stir in honey while tea is warm, then let cool for 15 minutes.
  • Slice apples thinly and add half to a large pitcher.
  • Pour cooled tea over apple slices, add optional ingredients, and stir.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and infuse.
  • Serve over ice with apple slices and mint for garnish.
