Ingredients

Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped (packed)
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon fresh oregano or 1 tablespoon dried

Shrimp

  • 2 lbs large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced

Instructions

  • Serve shrimp with reserved chimichurri drizzled on top.
  • Toss shrimp with oil, seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, and most of the chimichurri. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Grill or pan-sear shrimp 2–3 minutes per side, or bake at 425°F for 8–10 minutes.
  • Serve shrimp with reserved chimichurri drizzled on top.
