Grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan
Mash bananas in a large bowl
Add applesauce, sweetener, and vanilla
Beat in eggs one at a time
Whisk dry ingredients in separate bowl
Gently fold dry ingredients into wet
Fold in nuts or chocolate if using
Pour batter into loaf pan Fill Pan
Bake 50–55 min, until toothpick is clean
Cool in pan 10 min, then on rack
