Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Blueberry Topping

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries or 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  • Combine crust ingredients
  • Press into baking dish
  • Chill crust
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla
  • Fold in half Cool Whip
  • Spread cream cheese layer over crust
  • Cook blueberries with sugar, etc.
  • Let blueberry topping cool
  • Spread blueberry topping over filling
  • Spread remaining Cool Whip
  • Chill at least 4 hours or overnight
