Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries Fresh or thawed frozen, fully dried
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Plain, full-fat recommended

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Optional, for extra tang

Instructions

  • Wash & dry blueberries.
  • Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Fold in blueberries.
  • Portion onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze until solid (about 3 hours).
  • Store in airtight container in freezer.
  • Let sit 2–3 minutes at room temperature before eating.
