Instructions
skillet, medium heat until browned, drain excess fat.
in skillet until just set, soft and creamy.
combine sausage, eggs, cream cheese, cheddar, hash browns, bacon, green onions, season.
place wrapper corner facing you, add ⅓ cup filling center.
fold bottom, fold sides, roll tight, brush edge with beaten egg.
preheat air fryer 380°F, spray rolls, cook 8–10 min, flip halfway.
heat oil 350°F, fry 3–4 min until golden, drain on rack.
