  • 4 large Eggs Scrambled
  • 6 strips Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Breakfast sausage Cooked and crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Diced bell peppers Any color
  • 0.25 cup Diced red onion Adds sweetness and crunch
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley For garnish
  • 1 pinch Salt and black pepper To taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice bagels in half, place on sheet cut-side up, and toast for 3–4 minutes.
  • Cook bacon and sausage until crispy; scramble eggs separately.
