Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough 8-count, refrigerated
  • 4 large eggs scrambled
  • ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • ½ cup breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled (or use bacon)
  • 1 tablespoon milk of choice for fluffier eggs
  • salt and pepper optional to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter for cooking eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Cook sausage until browned
  • Scramble eggs with milk in butter
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate triangles
  • Add eggs, sausage, and cheese to each triangle
  • Roll each triangle tightly from wide end
  • Place on baking sheet lined with parchment
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden
  • Cool slightly before serving
