  • Skillet for eggs and meat
  • Serrated knife for slicing rolls
  • Pastry brush for applying glaze
  • Small bowl for glaze mixture

Ingredients

Sliders

  • 12 count Hawaiian sweet rolls King’s Hawaiian preferred
  • 12 count large eggs scrambled
  • 12 count sausage patties or bacon strips cooked
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese halved
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Maple Glaze

  • 3 tablespoon butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup pure
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard optional

Instructions

  • Cook meat and set aside
  • Scramble eggs and season
  • Slice rolls horizontally
  • Brush with butter and season
  • Layer eggs, meat, cheese
  • Place top rolls and press
  • Mix and brush glaze
  • Cover and rest 10 mins
  • Bake covered 15 mins
  • Uncover and bake 5–10 mins
  • Rest and slice
