Instructions
Prepare Ingredients
Bring large pot of salted water to boil
Cut broccoli into florets
Slice garlic thinly
Cook Pasta & Broccoli
Cook pasta according to package directions
Add broccoli 3 minutes before pasta is done
Reserve 1 cup pasta water
Drain pasta and broccoli
Make Sauce
Heat olive oil in same pot
Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant
Return pasta and broccoli to pot
Add ½ cup pasta water and Parmesan
Toss until creamy
Finish
Season with salt and pepper
Add more pasta water if needed
Serve hot with extra Parmesan
