Ingredients

Caesar Marinade

  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for lighter version
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 anchovy fillets or 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Steak

  • 4 ribeye or sirloin steaks 8 oz each, 1-inch thick
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for grill grates
  • Parmesan cheese extra for topping, grated

Instructions

  • Whisk marinade ingredients.
  • Coat steaks in marinade.
  • Chill steaks in fridge.
  • Preheat grill to high heat.
  • Clean and oil grill grates.
  • Remove excess marinade.
  • Grill steaks on high heat.
  • Flip and cook to desired doneness.
  • Rest steaks after grilling.
  • Slice and serve with Parmesan.
