Instructions
Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
Pat salmon fillets dry and brush with olive oil or butter.
Coat both sides of salmon with cajun seasoning, press gently, and rest 5 minutes.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat, sear salmon 4–5 minutes, flip, and cook 3–4 minutes until 145°F internal temp.
Rest 2 minutes, squeeze lemon juice, and serve hot.
