Ingredients

Main Components

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs sliced thin
  • 4 cups green cabbage chopped bite-sized
  • 2 carrots julienned
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger grated
  • 2 green onions chopped

Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Slice chicken, chop vegetables, and mix sauce in a small bowl.
  • Heat oil in wok, stir fry chicken 4–5 min until golden, remove.
  • Add garlic and ginger, stir fry 30 sec.
  • Add cabbage and carrots, cook 3–4 min. Add bell pepper, cook 2 min.
  • Return chicken, pour sauce, toss everything, cook 1–2 min.
  • Garnish with green onions, enjoy immediately.
