Instructions
Rinse chickpeas, dice cucumber and avocado, halve cherry tomatoes, and slice onion.
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Combine chickpeas, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and feta in a large bowl.
Add dressing, toss gently, sprinkle herbs, and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
