Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates about 12–15 dates
  • 3 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Optional Add-ins

  • 2 tablespoon mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Pulse almonds in food processor until coarse meal.
  • Blend with almonds until mixture sticks.
  • Add cocoa, almond butter, vanilla, and salt. Blend until combined.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment.
  • Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
  • Keep in airtight container in fridge or freezer.
