Cookie Dough Filling

Instructions
Heat-treat flour in microwave and let cool.
Cream butter, sugars, cream cheese, milk, vanilla, and salt.
Stir in flour and fold in chocolate chips. Chill dough.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
Spoon chocolate into liners to form cup shells. Chill to set.
Add cookie dough into chocolate cups.
Top with chocolate drizzle or extra chips. Chill before serving.
