Ingredients

Cookie Dough Filling

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese softened

Chocolate Cups

  • 12 oz dark chocolate chips or melting chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil optional, for smoother melting

Instructions

  • Heat-treat flour in microwave and let cool.
  • Cream butter, sugars, cream cheese, milk, vanilla, and salt.
  • Stir in flour and fold in chocolate chips. Chill dough.
  • Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
  • Spoon chocolate into liners to form cup shells. Chill to set.
  • Add cookie dough into chocolate cups.
  • Top with chocolate drizzle or extra chips. Chill before serving.
