For the Brownies

For the Strawberry Topping

hulled and sliced

For the Chocolate Coating

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper.
Melt butter and chocolate together, stir until smooth.
Whisk in sugar and eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
Combine flour, cocoa, and salt; fold into chocolate mix.
Pour into pan and bake 25–30 minutes, then cool completely.
Macerate sliced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice.
Simmer cream, add chocolate and butter, stir until smooth.
Top cooled brownies with strawberries, drizzle ganache over top.
Let set for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
