Instructions
Preheat oven and line baking pan
Melt butter and chocolate together
Whisk in sugar and eggs
Fold in flour, cocoa, and salt
Bake until toothpick has moist crumbs
Cool brownies completely
Melt chocolate and butter for mousse
Beat egg yolks with sugar until pale
Whip cream with vanilla to soft peaks
Beat egg whites with sugar and salt to stiff peaks
Fold chocolate mix into yolks
Fold in whipped cream
Fold in egg whites
Spread mousse over cooled brownies
Chill until set
