Instructions
375°F (190°C), line baking sheet.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, salt until smooth.
Cut triangles in half, stretch gently.
Place 1 teaspoon filling in center of each piece.
Fold dough, pinch edges, roll into oval bites.
Brush tops with butter, bake 12–15 min until golden.
Brush warm bites with butter, roll in cinnamon-sugar.
