Ingredients
For the Pretzel Dough

Instructions
Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar; let foam 5 minutes.
Add salt, butter, and flour; knead until smooth.
Cover dough, let rise 30 minutes until doubled.
Roll into ropes, form pretzel twists or bites.
Drop pretzels in baking soda bath 30 seconds each side.
Place on lined sheets; bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes.
Brush hot pretzels with melted butter, roll in cinnamon sugar.
