Ingredients

Instructions

  • Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form (3–5 minutes).
  • Fold whites into yolk mixture in three additions, keeping mixture airy.
  • Spoon mixture onto parchment-lined sheet into 6–8 rounds.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Rest 5 minutes on tray, then transfer to rack to cool completely.
