Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble and set aside.
Layer thawed hash browns in the prepared baking dish. Add bacon, cheeses, and green onions evenly over top.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sour cream, ranch mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the dish.
Top with remaining cheese and chives. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until golden and center is set.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
