  • 0.25 cup balsamic vinegar adds depth and tang
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest optional for brightness
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch salt to balance sweetness
  • 1 medium onion, quartered optional for aromatics
  • 1 small apple, quartered optional for aromatics

Instructions
