Ingredients

pound
16 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or rigatoni)
2
packages
5.2 oz each Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs flavor)
½
cup
pasta cooking water
3
tablespoons
olive oil
4
cloves
garlic
minced
½
cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a rolling boil.
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Reduce heat to low and add Boursin cheese.
Stir continuously as cheese melts, breaking it up with your spoon.
Gradually add reserved pasta water until desired sauce consistency is reached.
Add drained pasta to the skillet with Boursin sauce.
Toss thoroughly to coat pasta.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
