Ingredients

For the Steak

  • 1 lb sirloin steak Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil For searing
  • 2 garlic cloves Minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the Pasta

  • 12 oz fettuccine Or penne or any pasta you like
  • 1 tablespoon salt For pasta water

For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 3 garlic cloves Minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated
  • 0.25 cup white wine Optional
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • salt and pepper To taste
  • fresh parsley For garnish

Instructions

  • Season steak with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Sear steak in hot oil 2–3 mins/side.
  • Boil pasta until al dente.
  • Reserve pasta water.
  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Sauté garlic 30 seconds.
  • Add cream then simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  • Toss pasta with sauce.
  • Return steak and add spinach.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
