For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise Can use light or vegan
  • 3 tablespoon Sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Balances the heat
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar Adds tanginess
  • 1 Garlic clove Minced

Instructions

  • Cut salmon into cubes
  • Pat salmon dry
  • Set up dredging station
  • Mix all sauce ingredients
  • Dredge in flour, egg, breadcrumbs
  • Let salmon rest 10 min
  • Pan sear/air fry/bake salmon
  • Toss cooked salmon with sauce
  • Garnish and serve immediately
