Instructions
Place cottage cheese in a fine mesh strainer lined with paper towels or cheesecloth. Let sit 30 minutes and press to remove moisture.
In a bowl, combine drained cottage cheese, egg white, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment. Scoop small spoonfuls of mixture, flatten into circles.
Bake 15–18 minutes until edges are golden and chips are crisp. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
