Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon gochujang or sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

For Assembly

  • 4 packages instant ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs halved
  • 1 sheet nori cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Cook chicken in oil with seasoning until golden.
  • Garlic, ginger, chili paste, and gochujang in pan.
  • Add chicken broth, scrape pan, heat gently.
  • Stir in cream, butter, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil.
  • Add ramen to broth, cook until just tender.
  • Return chicken, stir to coat in sauce.
  • Top with onions, egg halves, nori, sesame seeds.
