Ingredients
Main Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
about 6 oz each

fresh figs
quartered (or 1 cup dried figs, chopped)

tablespoon
balsamic vinegar

medium onion
sliced

cloves
garlic
minced

tablespoon
olive oil
1
tablespoon
honey
1
teaspoon
fresh rosemary
chopped
Seasonings & Finishing Touches
salt and black pepper

dried thyme

chicken broth

butter
fresh rosemary sprigs
for garnish
Instructions
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden.
Set aside when cooked through.
Sauté onions 2–3 minutes.
Stir until fragrant.
Combine figs, balsamic, honey, broth.
Reduce until thickened.
Add back into skillet.
Stir in rosemary and thyme.
Add butter, coat chicken.
Let sit 2–3 minutes before serving.
