Ingredients

For Chicken Bites

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1-inch bites
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon butter divided
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped

For Creamy Parmesan Pasta

  • 12 oz penne or fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • extra parmesan for serving

Instructions

  • Season chicken bites with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoon butter in skillet, cook chicken 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Stir in minced garlic and remaining butter, cook 1 minute. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, drain.
  • In skillet with drippings, sauté garlic in butter 30 seconds. Add cream and broth, simmer 3–4 minutes.
  • Whisk in parmesan until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Toss pasta into sauce, adjust with pasta water if needed.
  • Return chicken to skillet, toss 2–3 minutes to coat.
  • Top with parsley and extra parmesan.

Notes

For extra flavor, double the glaze and let it soak into the warm loaf before adding a second drizzle once cooled.
