Remove steak bites; reduce heat to medium and melt butter.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant.
Stir in parsley and lemon juice, then return steak bites to coat in sauce.
Rest 2–3 minutes before serving and drizzle with remaining garlic butter.
