For the Steak Bites

  • 1.5 lbs Sirloin Steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil for searing
  • 4 tablespoon Butter unsalted, for steak
  • 4 Garlic Cloves fresh, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika smoked or sweet
  • Fresh Parsley chopped, for garnish

For the Parmesan Cream Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream can substitute half-and-half
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for sauce
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 0.25 cup Dry White Wine or chicken broth for deglazing
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Bring steak to room temp
  • Pat dry and season
  • Sear steak cubes
  • Set steak aside
  • Sauté garlic in butter
  • Deglaze with wine
  • Simmer cream
  • Stir in cheese
  • Add steak back in
  • Garnish and serve
