Instructions
Pat chicken dry; season with salt and pepper.
Place flour in first dish; eggs in second; breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, and seasoning in third.
Dredge chicken in flour; dip in eggs; coat in breadcrumb mixture. Rest 5 minutes.
Heat oil in skillet; cook chicken bites 3-4 minutes per side until golden and 165°F internal temp.
Sprinkle parsley; serve hot with lemon wedges and dipping sauce.
