Instructions
Cut potatoes into even strips, soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
Toss dried fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Bake at 425°F for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
Melt butter, sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes, then stir in half the Parmesan.
Toss hot fries with garlic butter, remaining Parmesan, and parsley.
Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
