Instructions
Combine turkey, feta, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, herbs, zest, salt, and pepper.
Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Shape into 20–24 balls.
Warm olive oil over medium-high heat.
Brown all sides, 12–15 min, to 165°F.
Salt and strain 10 minutes.
Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon, dill, salt.
