Ingredients

For the Sliders

  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian sweet rolls 12 count
  • 12 large eggs scrambled and cooled
  • 12 slices bacon or sausage patties cooked
  • 12 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted

For the Topping

  • 3 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • preheat 350°F, grease 9x13 dish.
  • cut rolls in half horizontally, place bottom in dish.
  • coat bottom layer with melted butter.
  • spread scrambled eggs evenly over rolls.
  • place bacon slices or sausage patties over eggs.
  • add one cheese slice per roll.
  • place top half of rolls over filling.
  • combine butter, poppy seeds, onion, garlic, salt.
  • spread mixture evenly over rolls.
  • 15 minutes with foil.
  • 5–8 minutes until golden and melted.
  • rest 3–5 minutes, cut and serve warm.
