  • 4 oz cottage cheese low-fat
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce Frank’s RedHot recommended
  • 2 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease baking dish.
  • Combine Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Whisk in ranch seasoning, garlic, onion, and paprika.
  • Stir in buffalo sauce gradually; fold in chicken and half the cheddar.
  • Spread mixture into dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake 20–25 min until bubbly.
  • Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
