Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease muffin tin.
Cook and chop add-ins if using.
Whisk eggs until frothy.
Blend eggs, cottage cheese, cream cheese, and cream until smooth.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Gently fold in bacon, veggies, or extras.
Pour mixture ¾ full into muffin tin.
Sprinkle cheddar on top of each cup.
Bake 18–22 minutes until set and golden.
Let rest 5 minutes in pan before removing.
