Instructions
Pat dry, season with spices, rub with olive oil.
Whisk honey, BBQ sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, paprika, cayenne. Reserve some for serving.
Grill or bake at 375°F, about 20 minutes.
Brush with sauce every 5 minutes until 165°F, 35-45 minutes total.
Coat with sauce in last 5 minutes, rest 5 minutes before serving.
