Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz smoked sausage sliced into rounds
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon juiced

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients by peeling and deveining shrimp, slicing sausage, chopping broccoli, mincing garlic, and measuring sauce components.
  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and cook sliced sausage until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  • Pour in honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  • Finish by stirring in butter, parsley, and lemon juice. Toss well and serve immediately.
