Instructions
Pat the salmon fillets dry, season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let rest for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth to make a slurry.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Sear the salmon skin-side up for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook another 3–4 minutes.
Pour the glaze over the salmon and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the glaze thickens and becomes sticky.
Spoon glaze over the salmon fillets and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
