Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1.5 pounds total
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for searing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste

For the Hot Honey Sauce

  • cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

For Topping

  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • fresh parsley chopped
  • lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Pat chicken dry and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Melt butter in saucepan, add garlic, honey, hot sauce, pepper flakes, and vinegar; simmer 2–3 minutes.
  • Heat oil in skillet; sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side.
  • Brush chicken with hot honey sauce and bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until 165°F internal temp.
  • Top with crumbled feta and drizzle remaining sauce.
  • Rest chicken 3–4 minutes; sprinkle parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
