Ingredients
For the Cinnamon Honey Syrup

Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine water, honey, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain if using ground cinnamon.
Brew 2 shots of espresso or prepare ½ cup strong coffee.
Let the coffee cool for about 20 minutes.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Add the milk to the glass.
Pour in 2–3 tablespoons of cinnamon honey syrup.
Stir well to combine.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired and serve.
