Enhances flavor when added to warm tea
Instructions
Brew green tea in hot water (175°F) for 3 minutes.
Add honey or sugar and sea salt while tea is warm. Stir to dissolve.
Let the tea cool to room temperature.
In a separate bowl, mix peach syrup and peach purée until smooth.
Juice lemons to get fresh lemon juice.
In a pitcher, combine cooled tea, peach mixture, and lemon juice. Add cold water to dilute if desired.
Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serve over ice in tall glasses.
Garnish with peach slices, lemon slices, and mint. Enjoy!
