  • Tongs for handling the chicken
  • Two forks for shredding
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 16 oz cream cheese 2 blocks, softened and cubed
  • 2 ranch seasoning mix 2 packets
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 green onions thinly sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in Instant Pot
  • Pour chicken broth over chicken
  • Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over chicken
  • Place cubed cream cheese on top
  • Close lid and set valve to "sealing"
  • Cook on HIGH pressure for 15 minutes
  • Natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release
  • Remove and shred chicken
  • Return to pot and stir to combine
  • Add bacon and cheddar cheese
  • Stir until melted and well combined
  • Garnish with green onions
