Instructions
Remove packaging and rinse frozen chicken.
Add broth and trivet to Instant Pot.
Mix seasonings and rub all over chicken.
Place chicken breast-side up on trivet.
Add optional lemon slices and bay leaves.
Seal lid and pressure cook for 90 minutes.
Allow 15-minute natural pressure release.
Carefully remove chicken and check temp (165°F).
Optional: Broil chicken 3–5 minutes for crispy skin.
Let rest 5 minutes before carving.
